Let's do this - Glowing Up

Hope you’re having a good day.
I’m going to be honest. My mental health has not been great since Christmas. I lost all enthusiasm to do anything. I have been tired all the time, not sleeping well, suffering from anxiety and I think it’s just everything going on - it just got too much.
But I cannot go on like this so I need to make a change. So I have a plan. I’m not going to put any pressure at all on myself to complete every task but I am going to try and do at least 25% of the following. I felt that’s a percentage that is achievable but not too high pressure.
Possible action points:
Start my next Masters assignment
Complete a random act of kindness
Start trying to do 3-5 push ups a day
Start trying to do the splits
Take an online yoga class for beginners
Do a work out
Film a YouTube video
Post to Instagram at least 3 times this week
Post to Twitter at least 3 times this week
Complete a blog update post by next weekend
Start making notes for my book
Research to start my Facebook group for similar business field
Meditate at least 3 times this week
Journal at least 3 times this week
Start making notes on the course I want to write
Complete the Tis the Damn Readathon to boost my 100 books a year challenge
Tick off something with Duke on his Impossible List
Decide on a new 7 or 30 day challenge
Play the piano at least twice this week
Complete a Hogwarts is Here ‘class’
Re-start learning Japanese
Take a drawing class
Finish the diamond painting I’m working on
Try an online t’ai chi or kickboxing class
Take a Skillshare class in a topic that interests me
Have a go at an online escape room
Spend an evening comping
Post on my business Facebook group at least twice this week
It’s a fair list but not a ridiculous list and I’m only looking to tick off 7 items. Any more than that is great of course, but let’s just aim for 7. I will check in with you soon. Subscribe for updates. Have a great day!
