Let's do this - Glowing Up

Hope you’re having a good day.

I’m going to be honest. My mental health has not been great since Christmas. I lost all enthusiasm to do anything. I have been tired all the time, not sleeping well, suffering from anxiety and I think it’s just everything going on - it just got too much.

But I cannot go on like this so I need to make a change. So I have a plan. I’m not going to put any pressure at all on myself to complete every task but I am going to try and do at least 25% of the following. I felt that’s a percentage that is achievable but not too high pressure.

Possible action points:

  1. Start my next Masters assignment

  2. Complete a random act of kindness

  3. Start trying to do 3-5 push ups a day

  4. Start trying to do the splits

  5. Take an online yoga class for beginners

  6. Do a work out

  7. Film a YouTube video

  8. Post to Instagram at least 3 times this week

  9. Post to Twitter at least 3 times this week

  10. Complete a blog update post by next weekend

  11. Start making notes for my book

  12. Research to start my Facebook group for similar business field

  13. Meditate at least 3 times this week

  14. Journal at least 3 times this week

  15. Start making notes on the course I want to write

  16. Complete the Tis the Damn Readathon to boost my 100 books a year challenge

  17. Tick off something with Duke on his Impossible List

  18. Decide on a new 7 or 30 day challenge

  19. Play the piano at least twice this week

  20. Complete a Hogwarts is Here ‘class’

  21. Re-start learning Japanese

  22. Take a drawing class

  23. Finish the diamond painting I’m working on

  24. Try an online t’ai chi or kickboxing class

  25. Take a Skillshare class in a topic that interests me

  26. Have a go at an online escape room

  27. Spend an evening comping

  28. Post on my business Facebook group at least twice this week

It’s a fair list but not a ridiculous list and I’m only looking to tick off 7 items. Any more than that is great of course, but let’s just aim for 7. I will check in with you soon. Subscribe for updates. Have a great day!
