Day 6 - A bit of Reflection

Hi All,

Hope you’re having a great day.

I’ve taken some time to sit down and read my impossible list and I mean REALLY read it which has given me some inspiration to really make some changes.

I’ve just downloaded a habit tracker on my phone and have set it ready for the week to hopefully ensure I start working towards a few things on my list.

I’m now on my third book in two weeks which is roughly where I need to be to hit my target of 100 books in a year.

I’ve set up the tracker to log me blogging, vlogging, tweeting, linkedin, instagram-ing and taking photos.

I’ve set it to log any online volunteering I do, any random acts of kindness, comping, drinking water, journalling and reading.

Some personal goals for the week I have set myself are:

  • Plant the seeds that I’ve had delivered - part of my impossible list task to keep a house plant alive

  • Get hold of the kon mari book

  • Attempt a proper push up

  • Start doing 10,000 steps a day again so I can work towards doing a 5K

  • See if there is a Skillshare video on stocks and shares so I can get an introduction

  • Go for a walk in my town and find somewhere new to explore as part of my challenge to explore my town

  • I want to start writing my book that I keep having ideas about but never take the time to start writing

  • To get up no later than 7 am every day

  • To do one Hogwarts is Here module

Not massive challenges but they are achievable and will help my make a start on some items on my impossible list which are part of my glow up :-) I’m going to do my hair and make up every day, make an effort. I’m coming back :-)
