Getting ready for March - Tis the Damn Readathon TBR
Hi All,
So I’m going to take a months break from the random number generator and instead participate in the Tis’ The Damn Readathon - https://damnreadathon.carrd.co/
I love reading and I love Taylor Swift so how can I not participate in this? I’ve started to consider my TBR for the readathon :-)
So what am I thinking of reading?
Reputation - Read a book that’s recommended to you - Probably the Psychic Protection book recommended to me by Dad.
1989 - Read a book with a number in the title - 13 Reasons Why
Folklore - Read a book based on mythology, folk tales, or a retelling - Home’s The Odyssy or I may take the Cardigan option and Wear a cosy outfit and post a cosy picture to Instagram
Lover - Read the book that’s been on your TBR the longest or that you have owned the longest - one of my Jessie J books or I may take the You Need To Calm Down option and do some calming self-care.
Fearless - Read a book you’re intimidated by - one of my Kate Mosse books as the length of them intimidates me a bit. That or I’ll take the Breathe option and do some meditation
Evermore - Surprise yourself with your book: pick it with your eyes closed, use a random number generator, or a TBR jar, etc. - Let’s see what I get
Red - Read a book with red on the cover - US by David Nichols
Speak Now - not sure on this one. I don’t know whether to read Northern Lights as that’s part of a trilogy, to read one of my movie based books like If I stay or How to be Single. But I am also getting into audiobooks…. will decide this one later
Taylor Swift - Read a book about music - I could read the second Jessie J book I have on my TBR or one I have about one of my favourite music venues - Live at the Brixton Academy.
BLANK SPACE - will have to be a Christmas book! I’ve just got The Gift by Cecilia Ahern
I can’t wait to start this Readathon!
